Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,

We are grateful that the EPOS Board lead by Prof. Darius Hildebrand is giving us the opportunity to organize the 51st edition of the Meeting of the European Pediatric Ophthalmology Society (EPOS). We kindly invite you to participate in this memorable meeting in which we will tackle the most current challenges in our practice in a debate format. We hope this discussion will serve to bring more awareness to region-specific challenges. For our small patients who share the same affliction, it does matter whether they are born in one country or another; because their access to clinical therapies and care may be substantially different. Our role in this story is that through communication, interrelationship and cooperation we manage to bring awareness and help establish new treatment standards.

The sessions will discuss various topics in pediatric ophthalmology; bringing together colleagues from Europe and the world who want to share the problems they face in daily pediatric ophthalmology practice. We hope for intense and constructive discussions, and we invite you to join us by registering and submitting your abstracts!

On this occasion we invite you to be our honored guests in Bucharest, the capital of Romania for two intense days of pediatric ophthalmology in lectures, free papers, posters and round tables. Not forgetting the multiple-event social program that will delight you!
